YOU BOOK. YOU BOARD.

A confirmed booking means a seat held on the island run, a blocked slot in the diary, and a stylist whose kit is already packed for your villa or yacht.

In other words: your flight is booked, and you are expected on board.

Hair-Line St Barths mobilizes one stylist at a time, exclusively for you. That island privilege has a price.

FLIGHT CHANGE REQUEST

RESCHEDULE? WE'LL TRY. NO PROMISES.

Island time doesn't always run on schedule. If you need to change your slot, let us know as early as possible.

If the diary allows, we're happy to rebook your flight.

If it doesn't, the flight departs without you and the service remains due — like a non-refundable ticket, we can't hold the plane for one passenger.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCEL? YOU STILL PAY.

Any cancellation is billed in full.

The stylist has boarded, the kit is packed, the slot was reserved for you alone.

It isn't rigidity for its own sake: like any private flight to the island, a last-minute cancellation doesn't bring the plane back to the hangar.
